We mixed some bread crumbs, herbs and melted butter made it into little balls, wrapped in cabbage leaves and foil to put in the steamer.

Hot yummy milo

Baked beans and toast.

We have been celebrating Te Reo Week in school. One of the activities was having breakfast in the hall with our class. We had toast, baked beans and yummy milo.

Father's Day Frames

Room 5 and Room 4 got together with Ms. Noakes and Miss. Cater to make frames for their dads. They drew their dad's faces, coloured it in, dyed it, decorated the frames using buttons, shells and then used ribbons for hanging the frames. It was a great learning experience.

Student Teacher Farewell

Last week we farewelled our student teacher. Thanks Miss. Nodder for being part of our class and helping us with our learning. 

Leaf Art

Room 5 were very creative with leaves. Miss Nodder helped them to create something special. They used leaves to create mouse.

Celebration For Holiday Reading Logs

All the students in Room 5 returned their holiday reading logs. Andrea, the librarian rewarded them with pizzas and ice blocks in the library. Thanks to Andrea for the motivation and students of Room 5 for reading and recording in the during the holidays.
